Hello everyone. Looks like I am just now replying to this QuickTime 7 Pro question but I have not heard (read) anyone mentioning the fact that the Pro version allows you to change the pitch or Key and also the speed in the "Window" and "A/V Controls" which is very important to me anyway. There seems to be no way to do this in QuickTime on my iMac in Mojave version. Any advice or suggestions .... Please!

So the Pro & version still works for me but not upgrading to Catalina in fear of losing this. I paid for this also which is disturbing to me.

Thank you,
John

Thanks barbu ..... that is exactly right. Have other software to do this just makes me mad that Apple does this to it's "Life long' customers.

Yeah, I still haven’t really found a replacement for QuickTime 7 Pro. It was a really handy lightweight way to perform simple editing on video (like splicing segments or separating audio and video tracks).

Thanks SegNerd. Please share if you find out how to keep it working. Surely I can live without it. I just do not know why they did not keep the same features in the regular QuickTime. I think the Pro Version is not Apple but a third party if that is what they call it.
