Quicktime - Always on Top

So am I missing something here? Where is the option to keep Quicktime always on top of everything else?

I'm on 7.0.2 on Tiger if it matters...

Is there a program that I can use to put whatever window I want, to be "Always on Top"? Something like this: http://www.veridicus.com/tummy/programming/powermenu/ but for OS X.

whats the deal with itunes and quicktime not having this feature?

I use VLC but it wont work with copy-protected tv shows...
