I am trying to play my lecture notes on my mac. The file extension is .wmv.wvx. I tried playing the file in Windows Media Player using Parallels since my classmates with PCs have no problems with the file but that gave me video and no sound. I then tried to use flip4mac to play the file but quicktime wont even open it, it just gives me the error message "movie contains an invaild data refernce." I have downloaded all sorts of things that other web forums said would fix the problem, but to no avail. What should I do?

Are you trying to tell me that I can't run a .wvx file in quicktime even if I have flip4mac?

Sorry, I am just really not good with computers.
