TL;DR touchbar is fetching screen captures for the timeline scrolling, and is causing 300-400% CPU usage for 10-20sec.
So does anyone know if there is any way of disabling that fetching through an terminal command or something like that ?
p.s obviously this is only a Macbook Pro with Touchbar problem
