I have a movie I made a month ago I put online. For some reason it stutters a bit when I first start playing it (like it's buffering). I have the original output file but I don't remember if I enabled "Fast Start" when I did the conversion to mp4. It will be a HUGE pain to re-export it for reasons I won't get into.
When I check the inspector there is no way to tell if "fast start" is enabled. The bitrate is only 815kps so I don't think it's bandwidth. If fast start is no enabled would it appear like the video has buffer issues towards the beginning?
How can I tell if its enabled?
