Ive been impressed with Leopard since i upgraded but today i have discovered my first problem. When i try and open a video with Quicktime it hangs and i got to force quit. It was fine until i upgraded, i dont mind because i can use VLC.

That's strange cause I didn't have problems with QT neither with clean install nor with upgrade install of leopard. Did you try installing Perian codecs? If not you should definetly try them

Quicktime works fine for me. Except for one thing...

When I open a movie, occasionally the video speeds up by itself and while the sound is still playing normally. It may have something to do with my flip4mac or perian plugin...
