So my girlfriend's MacBook is running Leopard, and we discovered recently that QuickTime Player just isn't there. Weird, right? I figured she must have just accidentally deleted it some time, so I had her download it from Apple.com (definitely the Leopard version). She said after installing and rebooting, it still wasn't there. I tried it myself. The installation seemed to go fine, but it's still not there. Even after Spotlighting, and including system and invisible files. What gives?

I can't try copying over my QTP cuz I'm on Snow Leopard, so even the QT7 I have is the SL version.

Any ideas?
