Quicktime Pro....please help

Ok, i've just ordered a product key to upgrade to Quicktime Pro, it's arrived, i followed the links on how to upgrade.
On the final stage after adding your product code the page opens with Safari and states the following "The page you opened redirected you to a page that isn’t supported by Safari." Safari can’t open the page “” because it cannot redirect to locations starting with “(null):”.

What's all this about and are there any other methods......btw, i upgraded to Safari 3 yesterday???

Safari can’t open “open-help-anchor:ibrw1071” because Mac OS X doesn’t recognize Internet addresses starting with “open-help-anchor:”.

It also says the above??!!??

I've sorted myself out, you don't need any browser to up-grade / don't press enter.😛
