Hi guys, can you help me out please? I have a movie [avi] that I want to watch in Quicktime but when I first opened the movie in Quicktime I got a message that read something like, 'In order to play this file you will need to download..." The link took me to Apple's Quicktime apps page, but it didn't specify what I needed to download.

The picture is fine, there's just no sound. I've looked on the net and someone recommended going to Utilities and checking some output sound number, all seemed in order there. I've had this problem before but thought it was just the file I was trying to watch.

Any help on this problem will be greatly appreciated because I want to watch the movie! Thanks in advance.
