Everytime I go on the internet and try to watch videos on Youtube.com or anything, there's the Quicktime logo with a question mark through it. What's the deal?? I have Quicktime version 7.1.6 and the Flip4mac version 2.1.1.70 if that's any help.

Youtube relies on Flash for playback. QuickTime has some Flash support, but it's incomplete.

Do you have the Adobe Flash player plugin installed? If you do have it installed, check under System Preferences, QuickTime, Advanced tab, MIME Settings button. Near the bottom, in the Miscellaneous section, you probably want Flash media unchecked.
