I have macbook pro 10.6.2 with quicktime 10.0

In my old quicktime there was a way to rotate video. I can not seem to find out how to do that with 10.0. I have purchased quicktime 7 pro in the pass but I think that is for old one right?

Please help any info would be good

My wife recorded video on iphone and then turned iphone in middle of recording to widescreen. Trying to fix it but cant find out how.

Thanks

why not just use imovie instead

"Rotating video or photos
iMovie can rotate photos or video clips in your source video or projects. This is especially useful for reorienting your images if you’ve taken a photo or video with your camera held sideways.
If you make a change in your source video, the change will be reflected in any future project to which you add the altered video. Your source video doesn’t reflect changes you make to video clips in the project."

The solution recommended by Apple is to reinstall QuickTime Pro 7.6.4 if you need its functionality. In fact, it should already be ready and waiting in your Utilities folder.

I did not know you can use imovie??? I tried it and it wont let me upload a mov file on imovie... Also dont see quicktime in utility folder???
