Get rid of the Flash that you have

Be aware that Adobe started their own video around the time of MX 2004. They screwed Quicktime support much like Microsoft has done. I had major exporting to Quicktime problems then. Fortunately, it is better in the newer Flash versions, but of course they want to support their own format.

Flash is one of those programs that you almost have to stay completely current or ....
 
.mov to flv conversion in real time

I'm trying to convert QT .mov files to play on the internet with flv. I've found that I can do the conversions with many software versions but they are choppy and not what I am looking for. I'm looking for an flv conversion that gives me something like this. The ability to move thru the image like in this link.
