Quicktime to WMV only makes 30sec clips?

I try to export a 1.30min .mov file from Quicktime to .wmv, but every time I try the .wmv only contains the first 30 seconds of the original clip.
What am I doing wrong?
(I have QT Pro)

You only have the trial version of Flip4Mac Studio.
