Quicktime Web Videos Problem

I recently reformatted my PB and as a result, when I view certain website-embedded videos, I get this screen:

I'm sure it has something to do with filetype associations, but I cannot find any settings like that in Quicktime, VLC, or Windows MP (I am using Flip4Mac btw, if that means anything). Any help guys? 😱

i have the same problem but it happened after upgrading to the latest quicktime. i do not even get a black screen on that page though
