QuickTime's Black Trim - Can I Have It For All Apps?

I was wondering, is it possible to get the black trim on quicktime X in (all) other applications? (i.e. safari, mail, iTunes). I think it looks amazing and I'd love to use it for everything else!

Does Magnifique work in SL?
