iPod touch Quit group message on iPod Touch 4g

i have the 4g ipod and someone pulled me into a group chat with 6+ people!!
🙁 Every few seconds my alerts come on! its getting really annoying! i tried telling them to stop but they are still texting me! I tried getting them to create another group chat without me, but they dont! help me!! Its getting very annoying!!!😡😡

I think all you can do is turn off iMessage. iOS has no facility for disabling messages from specific contacts.
