iPhone R-Sim 5+ or 7+ or 8?

I have an iPhone 4S locked to Three UK with version 5.1.
I would like to unlock it using R-Sim but as I can see there are 3 different version and they all unlock 4s. Why I sould pay double to get the 8 when 5+ says unlocks as well?

Any advice?
