R9 380 Powercolor - Mac Pro 4,1

I have the opportunity to get this card for a pretty inexpensive price, Can't seem to find this model referenced online so would anybody know if it will function in my 4,1 flashed to 5,1? If so is it otb or do I have to install drivers?
