Hello,
I have a 16-core 7,1 with the Vega II card. Now, I am starting to process more H.265 (HEVC) videos and am thinking of adding another MPX video card that supports newer architecture for processing these videos in the hope that the presence of the second card can "help" Final Cut Pro play, edit, and export these videos faster.
Is that a realistic expectation?
If it is, then which of these cards is a better buy? The 5700 is based on RDNA whereas the 6600 is based on RDNA2. What do you think?
