Radeon 6650 or Geforce 650M

I want to buy an imac. new imac will be with geforce 650m.
if i buy an old imac will have radeon 6650. Does the graphic card make a difference in playing games? Worth the price buying a new imac?

In benchmarks, 650m is around two times faster than the 6650M.

The old iMac comes with a 6750M, 6770M or 6970M.

You can see that the 6770M is slower than even the 640M LE, let alone the faster 640M or 650M.

You should compare 6750m/6770m in old iMacs to 660m at least because new iMac's 650m has the clocks that are even higher than the stock 660m.
