I have a Radeon 9000 Pro card in the AGP slot of my G4 'Digital Audio' tower. I've been running my display in VGA mode for years just fine, but now I've purchased the ADC to DVI adaptor from Belkin to run the display in DVI mode via a DVI cable.

Trouble is, the monitor says "no signal" with the cable installed and DVI enabled on the monitor end. The card is dual output (VGA/ADC); I'm wondering if something has to be done on that end? I can't find any controls. Any ideas?

get another vga monitor and go to the system profiler and see if the adc/dvi display is connected?

Try zapping the PRAM as it will clear out any old monitor settings you had allowing the Mac to recheck what is actually connected.
