MP 1,1-5,1 Radeon HD 7450 1GB and a Mac Pro (2006) Will it work?

My question is: can it boot, and is it compatible with this Mac Pro? I found a deal that is really cheap (Radeon HD 7450) , and i would really like to change the stock card in this machine. Running Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5

AMD 7xxx family of GPUs require Mountain Lion 10.8.3+ to be supported and usually the low end of the series like the your intended HD7450 are not supported by the drivers at all.

If you don't have another use for it, don't buy it.
