Just upgraded to 4.1 and the radio app is a black screen that only says radio on top.
Does it need to be set up or anything to work.

Tried everything. Even rebooted.

Unrelated is ther any way To get music to play from the watch speakers?

Thanks

Tried everything

By everything, do you also mean re-pairing it and/or setting it up from scratch?

The first step with this kind of weird app issue is to try restarting/killing the app. With the Radio app open, press and hold the side button until the Power Off, Medical ID, etc options appear, then press and hold the Crown to kill the Radio app. Relaunch the Radio app and see if it's fixed.

If that doesn't fix it, the next step would be restarting, but you've tried that.

If a restart doesn't fix it, the next step would be to try un-pairing and re-pairing the Watch, restoring the last backup.

And if that doesn't fix it, the next step would be to try un-pairing it and setting it up from scratch without restoring a backup.

But if you've tried all of those, it's probably time to contact Apple Support to see if they can help.

Same issue as Radio app is blank. Series 3 GPS only version Canada
A quick error message does appear but disappears to fast to really read. It did day something like"No internet .....
Message does not reappear again if you open/close Radio app until the watch gets rebooted and open Radio app again
Beats works fine on my iPhone and all other apps also are fine

I even got a new phone. Did a complete restore of both phone and watch. Unpair and repair. Still the same.
Has anyone else got the radio app working in Canada?

Even the Apple store didn’t know what to do. (Although they weren’t aware there was a radio app)

I’m having a similar issue, see screenshot. It says to sign into iTunes in the Watch app on iPhone but I don’t see this option... under General > Apple ID, my Apple ID is shown there if that is what the error message is referring to.

I haven’t unpaired and re paired yet... probably not worth the effort for me as I don’t plan on using the app just wanted to check it out. Tried rebooting watch and phone, force quitting the app, etc

I tried the same.
I don’t think it’s a Canada thing. But it won’t work.
Just not sure how it’s supposed to be set up on the app.
Anyone get this working? Thanks

Y’all are doing better than I am, I can’t even find the radio app, where is it? I’m on 4.1 on an X running 11.1. Is this something you download from the store? Thanks!

It’s in the watch apps. Go to all apps. It dosent show on the phone app. I have no idea how to get it working.
