Radio.com app issues?

I use Radio.com to listen to WFAN. Previously it worked fine when the phone went to sleep. Now, since getting iOS 5, it fades out whenever I click off of the app. Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas? There are no settings within the app, and those in the Settings options don't have anything addressing this from what I can tell.

I use this almost everyday and it keeps saying interactive error so I can not listen to it 🙁 please help me!
