iPod Radio Station

can i set up a radio station that will come up in iTunes when i click on Radio?
or are those reserved for proper radio stations and not amateur ones?
if i can, how would i go about doing it?

Dunno 'bout that, but you can add the M3U streaming file to the library in iTunes. Double clicking on this file will commence the radio's playback.
