So I now have two 640Gb WD in Raid 0 with OSX installed on them and I have 2 74Gb Raptors in Raid 0 that I'm trying to install Vista on via boot camp. However as soon as I open up the boot camp assistant and click continue I get this message

You cannot partition an external disk drive.

Restart your computer using your computer's internal startup disk.

What's causing this and is there a fix?? Thanks in advance. Please I need help fast trying to get my game on tonight and this is holding me up.

did you create the RAID in OS X or did you use a RAID card?

software RAIDs won't work in bootcamp I believe.

I never bothered even trying. This has been discussed in several threads (including some I started without searching thoroughly enough).

You cannot boot Vista from MP software raid. You need a Raid Card. No getting around as far as I know.
