Hey Everyone!

I'm quickly trying to rid myself of my Noobie status. So, I am wondering if anyone has ever attempted to put 2 SSDs in a 27" 2013 iMac. Can this even be done? I have raid 0 set up in my 2011 iMac but I would like to move both drives into my 2013 iMac. I can double stick the two drives together and they will be small enough to fit in the space taken up by the HDD. I have the thermal sensor from OWC and I know I can get a SATA power splitter, but can I get the 2 drives connected to data ports? Are there two spots to connect SSDs to the logic board? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Nope, there's only 1 SATA port.

I believe the 2013 model came with a PCI-e SSD slot whether you ordered one or not (may be worth double checking before cracking it open), so you can put a PCI-e SSD in if you so desired.

No PCI-e to sata adapter? I'd love to see if that could be a thing.
