RAID replacement

Hello,

Here it is, one of my MacMini's disks is close to dead. Thanks to RAID, I recovered all data onto a spare disk temporarily.

Now I have a question on replacement.

Am I correct in saying I can just swap the broken disk with a new one, and RAID rebuilds the setup?

Or, how should I replace the disk?
