For christmas i dedided to change my mac mini late 2012 HDD (Too slow for everything) with my old but good SSD crucial M4 .
In the first i left the HDD reinstalled Yosemite to SSD and i used transfer assistant to move app and configuration from old HDD.

All worked fine but after some hours i saw the problem.

PROBLEM
I see all frozen and waiting rainbow ball for some seconds . The mac return to work after rainbow ball problem and it execute every operation i do while mac freeze.

Ad example
1 i surf web with chrome, check mail and open safari .
2 Mac freeze and appear rainbow ball
3 whil freeze moment i can change chromes bars or go to email and return. If i i search a word into google or i want open another application mac doeasn't answer (no search appeared or application opened)
4 Mac restart to work and all my old comands instantly appear (AD Example the old google searched or opened application).

Now i hate this problem and i don't know how fix it.

I TRIED ALSO:
1 remove phisycal HDD and left the SSD
2 Clean Yosemite installation without i used migration app or transfering something.

PLS HELP ME TO RESOLVE PROBLEM:eek::eek:

First thing I would do is verify for a firmware update on the m4.
I can't see anything else than the SSD being bad unless you broke the RAM while swapping the drives..

Since you left the original hdd there, means you bought another cable to fit the 2nd drive in. In this case, your sata cable might be defect.

You can also use software like DriveDX to very the status/health of your drives...

the M4 has last firmware i checked at moment the SSD with utility disk.
I will try to check it with driveDX.

Also run the free program EtreCheck. Run it and it will dhow you in RED what is not compatible with your "upgrade". The program will the show you the path to the incompatible files when you highlight each one to manually delete that file. After all the deleting please reboot so OS X never again run that incompatible service again then enjoy the speed.

I used both application and i have this files (I deleted searchme extension after etrecheck scan).
I used short driveDX test without error.

I attached them into post because they are little long

I cleared all adware

Do you find other bad elements in the new report?

I can 't find any thing at this time. Maybe trying a fresh intstall and only transfer back pictures/documents & music back. The reinstall the apps with fresh download copies from MacUpdate.com one at time with theupdTed copies. Just before doing this remember to print out you codes to register problems before erasing.

Also and look for the files describe in the Apple Support document (and bookmark it) Remove unwanted adware that displays pop-up ads and graphics.
