Have an iPhone 6 running ios 10 beta 2. Raise to wake doesn't do anything. I can lift it over my head and the screen stays black. I don't lock my iPhone, never have. Neither does my wife so we can pick up each others iPhones without going through passwords or Touch ID. Is that not what Raise to wake means? Like Android phones you pick it up from the table and the screen lights up.

The key is the tilt from horizontal to vertical, like with the watch. Once you have that in mind, should work always.
Which thread? Would have been helpful to link. I'm sure the moderators will merge if necessary anyway.
Well this one was already here and on the first page. You could have been helpful and posted the link since you went to the effort to point it out to us. Obviously any other threads haven't been that active.
