Raising top cover?

Not a big deal by any means, but curious if others have to hold the base down when lifting the lid/cover?

No, not at all. I'd say that if you're experiencing some sort of separation then call apple for them to deal with it.

If you mean you need two hands to open the lid, yes I have to hold the bottom of my computer to open it usually.

Well two fingers really. One to hold the computer down, the other to open the lid.

Yes, and I despise it!

I realize it's a "first-world" problem, but I just see no reason for it from a design/ease of use perspective. 😕
