Howdy,

So, I've read that the intel HD3000 things will share more of the system memory if more is installed, so 256MB if 4GB of RAM is installed, 512MB (or maybe 384?) if 8GB is installed, etc.
Any idea if the Nvidia 320m from the previous gen does a similar thing, or will that stick at 256 no matter what?

Well the reason why the 3000 gets more memory is because it is integrated right into the CPU. I don't think the 320m is integrated into the CPU, so I think you are stuck with 256 mb
