.ram file to iTunes?

How do I get a .ram file to my iTunes library?

By default it opens in RealPlayer.

I've tried get info and changing the extension to .mp3 and dragging it into iTunes, but it doesn't work. It also won't drag into GarageBand in either format, so I can't export it from there.

Any help?
