iPod RAM files on an ipod?

i'm taking a class online and there are so many hours of video lectures i am supposed to watch. i want to put them on my ipod, but they are .ram files. i doubt there is a way to do it, but maybe you know.

You cannot view .ram files on an iPod. You need to convert them to MPEG4 or H.264 as per the specs.

i guess i meant is there a way to convert .ram to something ipod compatible.
