RAM for MacBook Pro 2009

I´m planning to upgrade the RAM on my MacBook Pro (mid 2009, 2.8Ghz core 2 duo) from 4GB- to 8GB RAM.

Will this RAM-chip fit in my MacBook?
And is Crucial a good brand?

Personally I wouldn't use Crucial unless it was free.

Support was great, however returning anything more than once is ridiculous.

Do you have a local option to buy the RAM? I've bought my upgrades from Fry's because they have stores in my area and their prices have been competitive.
