So, I finally got Windows activated on my Mac through Boot Camp, thanks to a bit of help from Quad5Ny, but I am thinking what about running Parallels 7 through Boot Camp?

I want to use Coherence mode, but I really think I should go for some more RAM rather than the bog standard 4GB.

    I have the Base 15" MacBook Pro 2011 edition, quad core i7 @ 2.0Ghz and I am looking for some 8GB RAM (4GB x 2 I'm guessing)

    (From the UK, if possible)

What about this - will this fit? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMS...-Memory/dp/tech-data/B002YUF8ZG/ref=de_a_smtd

Got any other ideas for some 8GB RAM that is fast and will fit - thanks!

That will do nicely. I'm not especially familiar with UK RAM prices, but that looks to be a pretty good deal too.

    Size

That's what I thought - it was a good deal. (In America £36 would be about $60)

According to this though, it needs to be 67.6mm x 30mm (1.18 inch) would that RAM be the right size do you think?

Thanks for the help by the way

I'm certain it's the right size. All DDR3 laptop memory is the same physical size, so you'll be fine
