looking to buy ram for apple Macbook pro. I'm looking for Kingston hyperX 8GB (2x4). Latency 5 -5 - 5-15. I can't find model #.

I found model for 4GB (2 x 2GB) KHX1066C5S3K2/4GX

So if anyone can help me find Ram model number I would appreciate it.

Not sure what all those numbers are, but if you need OEM, or 3rd party RAM, I found OWC to be the best place and that is where I got my 2 4GB modules.
