RAM Issues with iPad mini (2)

since I've updated to iOS ver. 9.1 on my iPad mini (2), my Settings window, specifically the WiFi selector has been FREEZING UP 🙁
Time for a new iPad mini (4) OR DownGrade iOS ?!?!?

My Mini 2 had no problems on 9. Wipe it, set it up as new, then put your back up back on it.

My Mini 2 had no problems with iOS 9.1 or even the first 2 betas of 9.2. However since I updated to beta 3 it's been freezing ALL the time. Hopefully they will fix it by the time the Air 3 comes out.
