Question about RAM Upgrade for the late 2011 13'' MBP.

I've read somewhere when upgrading it should match the same speed as the default one (1333Mhz)? Is it bad/won't work if you don't?

For example, Is this any good? http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=24_309&item_id=041468

I heard Kingston is a better brand, but it's also more expensive (~20-30$ more). Is it really that much better? Or will the one I posted suffice?

Lastly, is 8GB the max expandable? And I've read from the Guide that Windows 7 only uses like 3GB at most, is it still worth upgrading from the base 4GB?

Thanks!!!

Yes it would work.
And no, the Max RAM upgrade for 2011 MBPs are 16GB.
(The 15~17in are told to hold up to 32GB)
