Hi guys, i'm a newbie in this forum and not a techie at all 🙂 Anyway...I'm about to receive my new Imac 27, i5 3.4ghz, 16gb ddr3 1600mhz ram and 1tb fusion drive. Now my question...I have an old imac27 with 4x4gb ddr3 1333mhz. Now i do video editing a lot and after effects, Can I add 2 of those to my new imac?? So it will be 2x8gb 1600 and 2x4gb 1333. I know that probably all 4 will be going to 1333 then but, is it better having 24gb running at 1333 or 16gb running at 1600?? I'm a completely incompetente so just answer with ease 🙂 i might get confused if deep explanation so is it yes or not?? 🙂 thanks in advance
