Like many others have on this forum, I'm looking to upgrade the ram on my 2.26 ghz MBP. However after some careful browsing and research, I'm still a bit confused as to which to get.
Is there that MUCH of a difference between no name brands and popular brands? And even with the brand name ones, there are always different levels with varying prices. I understand that RAM has it's own specs such as timings, buffering, etc, but do they make much of a difference?
I'm looking at these ones in particular, can someone tell me if I'd be making a mistake with either of these? What is the quality of the stock RAM in my MBP right now like? And are these better/worse?
