I have a few questions about upgrading my RAM in my iBook G4 933:
1. I would like to get into Final Cut Pro Express 2, and since I have 256 now...Should I get a 512 stick becuase there is only one port on the board right?

2. Where is the best place to get good ram for a good price? I looked at crucial and they had a 512 stick for 107.00 is there a better place than there?

3. I'm pretty computer literate, so there shouldn't be any problems of me installing my own ram right? Is there anything I should look out for when doing it?

thanks.

1: yes, get a 512mb DIMM

2: Crucial is almost always the best place to get RAM

3: It probably won't be too difficult to install the RAM - though it is often harder in laptops than desktops

I highly recommend Crucial. I bought memory for my iBook from them. I got free shipping and it arrived within three days. Plus, finding the appropiate is VERY easy with crucial.
