RAM is soldered on. You can't upgrade it.

As said before, the RAM is soldered onto the logic board, the ORANGE parts in the following image show you, how it looks.

You can try upgrading to Mavericks which has much better memory management since you can't upgrade your RAM.

a soldering iron (those are cheap!), some soldering wire, pliers, a flat head screwdriver, a hammer and 1600MHz DDR3L ram. Happy hammering! 🙂
