RAM Usage, Used = 3.99 GB, Available = 3.75

Here what I got while running Transmission force-check:

While the monitor is showing 3.75 GB Ram available for the whole system, may it be that the 3.99 GB used memory equals the memory used by system + the Video Memory of the Geforce m9400?
