OWC is really good RAM. That's what I put in my mini, macbook, and what I have now in my iMac. Works flawlessly.

Furthermore, I have heard a lot of chatter about Mushkin of late. How does it stack up to Crucial? Whose chips does Apple use on their stock RAM?

I used Mushkin in my PCs but i don't have experience of these modules. They have excellent service, every module is replaced without question. Good customer service.
