Random animation stutters

I’m getting a lot of animation stutters and lag on latest iOS16. iPhone 14 Pro Max. Happens pretty regularly swiping to Home Screen or between apps. Anyone else getting this?

Happened on my 13 Mini immediately after the first iOS 16 update. Current version is a little better but this software was never ready and shouldn’t have been released until the new macos and iPadOS version come out as they are designed to work together more than ever.
 
Yup seeing the same on my 14PM. Random and jarring, since most of the time everything is so smooth.
 
Hasn't happened to me at all *EXCEPT* in my SoFi app. Pretty obviously the app itself.
 
Yeah this is back in full force. Was an issue with one of the early releases in the past. Forget if it was iOS 14 or 15.
