Hi,

For those that get a random box(8 inches x 6 inches) with nothing inside but some foam pad it is from some company
that does the trade in for iPhones. No instructions or notes were included in the package.

Address from sender is:
400 River Ridge Pkwy
Jeffersonville, IN 47130

I thought the package was from some company trying to game Amazon reviews by shipping product to a random addresses across the U.S. with empty packages or seeds.

If you bought the iPhone from Apple and trading it in with Apple, the tracking number of the trade in box will be on your order.

I don't know about this year but in the past few years, there is no foam in the trade in box using Apple trade in. It's all cardboard with a cellophane wrap you put your iPhone in, instructions, return label and tamper proof sticker.
