Random chime with the Series 3 Watch

In the last day or so, my series3 watch has started making a random chime. I am not sure what is triggering it. When it happens, there aren't any unread notifications. I don't use any social media apps on the watch. Not sure how to track down the cause or resolve it.

Anyone else have this happen?

The clearing water function? I’m not sure what’s triggering it though.

I found out what the random chime was. It was the breathe app chime. The screen didn't show the breath app options when it went off, though. I set up the watch as new when I got my new iPhone and noticed that the breath app was working as it should. The random chime started not long after I updated the watch earlier to watch 5. After setting up the watch again, the breath app screen shows as it should with the chime.

I’m getting a random chime from carrot weather when it updates. . It annoys me to no end to get the sound multiple times a day and I react to it only to find no new notifications. It haven’t found a setting to disable it so I’ve gone to silent mode.
