Hey all,

My wife just activated and set up her new iPhone 6 with her iCloud account she has been using since iCloud first came out. She never had an issue with her 4S or her 5S.

Her issue is that she is logged in and everything is working, but it comes up with a prompt with a random email address already pre typed, which she then has to delete and enter her info again.

Does anyone know why this might be happening and if there is a fix?
