random restart... first time ever

i have a late 2008 aluminum macbook.

never had a restart or any problems but the yesterday and today my macbook has random restarted and the screen said it was restarted because of a problem but it doesnt tell me why.


should i be worried? 🙁

Maybe... that is odd it would happen spontaneously.

Try a couple things just to check for errors. Start Disk Utility and do a verify disk to see if you find any errors. Also run the Apple Hardware Test.
